Except as provided herein, gift cards have no cash value. All gift card sales are final.
Gift cards are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Nirvana Bodyworks.
Nirvana Bodyworks reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
These terms and conditions also apply to any discount coupons purchased through any third party business, for any services provided by Nirvana Bodyworks.
Gift cards are only redeemable at the Nirvana Bodyworks office in Tempe for the amount or service specified on the gift card, by the expiration date indicated (if applicable).
Use and redemption of our gift cards are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Nirvana Bodyworks is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Nirvana Bodyworks reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion, and without notification.
Massage Classes (Group and Private Classes)
Participants will learn massage techniques used by licensed massage therapists, however, the basic instruction you receive during the workshops does not enable participants to market themselves, nor charge for massage services as a licensed massage therapist. In order to charge for massage services participants must complete an Arizona certified massage therapy program at an approved massage institution.
With this instruction you will be provided with how to use your body to get the most out of the massage. With any practice that utilizes the body there is a potential for fatigue, soreness and/or injury. During the instruction you will receive information on how to position your body to allow it to work in the most efficient manner. It is up to the participants to inform the instructor if any technique being taught is making their body hurt in anyway. In regards to personal injury from either giving massage as taught in the workshop or from receiving a massage from someone who was taught during a workshop, Nirvana Bodyworks and it's instructors are waived from all liability.
It is the responsibility of all participants to inform Nirvana Bodyworks of any medications being taken, injuries suffered or conditions that may cause a negative response from receiving or giving massage.
Cancellation Policy
Nirvana Bodyworks reserves the right to cancel group classes due to low registration, however, you will receive email notification by Thursday before the class if this is the case.
We understand that situations may arise that may require you, our client or customer, to cancel a class or service appointment. Cancellations will be accepted without penalty provided that notice of cancellation is received prior to 24 hours before your class or scheduled appointment time. For any questions regarding cancellations please contact us.
Privacy Policy
Nirvana Bodyworks, LLC ("Nirvana Bodyworks") is dedicated to establishing trust with you, our customers and clients, and to protecting your privacy.
